Pamela Anne Fasse and William Bradshaw Karl are the team behind Anne & Bradshaw and have been creating beautiful homes for over a decade here on the coast. We're a small firm with big ideas, a solid crew, and a stable group of professional subcontractors who've been with us from the start. From initial design and construction to handing over the key, Anne & Bradshaw has the knowledge and skills to successfully complete your custom project. We personally work with our clients to assure a smooth, timely process and spend time on important decisions before we begin to build. As a General Contractor, Pam brings a unique woman's perspective and uncompromising passion for conservation technologies to each of our projects, and Brad oversees each job with a demanding eye for quality. We're willing to research to find the best products and materials for your home to meet your design or efficiency goals. Small projects or estates, we can help adapt your home plans, use one of our plans, or collaborate with an architect to design a living space that transcends the usual and optimizes the land you choose.
