contractor_couple_picPamela Anne Fasse-Karl and William Bradshaw Karl are the engine of Anne & Bradshaw.  Their varied backgrounds include commercial and health-care facilities design, law and medical degrees, business management, contract negotiation, real estate development, and worldwide (third world) travel and education.

They've seen up close the need for ecology and preservation and have placed these at the forefront of their design and construction practice. Along with ecology, though, is the practical need for livable design and high quality materials, plus lasting value.  They constantly search for innovations and products that will help create value and savings - for example they are among the first builders in the Southeastern United States to install whole house expanding foam insulation, saving their clients up to 50% on energy costs, creating unparalleled comfort, and allowing uniqueness in design.

Their architectural studies and travels in Southeast Asia led them to the innovative use of eco-friendly heating and air systems, open and "movable" walls, and unique uses of wood species for an award winning effect.  They showcase even more innovation in their Tonbo Meadow eco-community collaborating with B + O design studio to make these homes truly incredible. Their only compromise?  We can't think of any, except to ensure responsible luxury, low maintenance, and unique design for a home in which you'll truly love to live!
