Environmentally friendly foam insulation
You can see the foam insulation in the attic access (we've removed the door which usually hides this from view).  This foam is sprayed into the floors, ceiling, and wall cavities to completely air-seal the building envelope.  Uniquely, vapor is able to migrate back and forth to prevent condensation and mold.  Combined with other technologies used in this home, customers will see energy savings of 50% or more.
